When it comes to online shopping, Glow is Me prides itself on providing you with a clear and transparent shipping policy.

What is the estimated delivery time?
We understand the excitement you experience when shopping online. That’s why we’re equally excited to deliver the product as soon as possible. While we try to get your product into your hands as fast as possible, all online orders usually take between 1 - 4 business days to process and 2 - 7 business days to ship. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day. Our products are made by hand and take time to craft so we ask that you be patient with our shipping times.

Glow is Me is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged while in transit. In the case that a package is lost during shipping, please contact the United States Postal Service to file a claim and the carrier service may provide a refund.
